Every year, more and more women raise their right hands and take the same oath that their male counterparts take, and yet their needs and issues are still under-represented.

Our women veterans are grounded in values of equality and bodily autonomy. Recognizing that reproductive rights are essential for women's agency, they advocate for access to safe and legal abortion services. Additionally, they strive for gender equity in healthcare, ensuring comprehensive and gender-specific care at VA facilities. Women veterans stand for a society that respects individual choices and provides fair and inclusive treatment, reflecting their dedication to upholding values of equality and justice for all.
